What's inside a version
How StemHaus reads your project file, and what it shows for each version.
Next to a project’s history, Inside this version shows what StemHaus read from the project file of the version you have selected.
What it shows
- Program, its version, and the project’s tempo.
- Tracks: the tracks in the project.
- Plugins: the third-party plugins it uses, with their format (VST2, VST3, AU or CLAP). Built-in devices are counted but not listed.
- Samples: the audio files the project refers to.

Which programs are read
StemHaus reads Ableton Live, FL Studio and Reaper projects. For other programs you see Nothing read from this version, and your files are still saved and synced as usual.
Coming: Studio One, Logic Pro, Cubase and Pro Tools.
Your computer stays private
Samples are listed by file name only. The folders on your computer are never sent or shown.
When it shows nothing
The project file may be from a program or format StemHaus can’t read yet, or it may be damaged. A push still succeeds without it.
