Questions about plans
Can I buy a plan today?
Not yet. Paid plans arrive with the beta, and the prices here are what we plan to charge. They may change before then.
Do previews count against my storage?
No. Previews don't count towards your project size, project count or storage.
Whose plan applies when I work on someone else's project?
The storage and limits of a project count against the plan of the person who owns its workspace, so you can collaborate on a Pro or Premier owner's project from a free account.
What happens when I reach a limit?
The push is refused with a message saying which limit you hit: the number of projects, the size of the project, or your storage. Nothing you have already saved is touched.
What if I downgrade or stop paying?
Anything over the limits of your new plan becomes read-only: you can still pull it, but not push to it. Nothing is deleted for 90 days, and we email you before anything is.
How does VAT work?
Prices include VAT for consumers in the EU. VAT is worked out at checkout from your billing country.
Can I add more storage?
Premier accounts can add 1 TiB of storage for €14.99 a month, as many times as they need.
